Wåhlin has advised Allard Support for Better Life AB (with subsidiaries Camp Scandinavia AB and Camp Oy) in connection with the acquisition of Suomen Ortotiikka & Protetiikka Oy in Finland. Camp Scandinavia is an innovative company which is family owned, and recognized internationally for its own products within the orthosis market. On the Nordic market orthotics is the core business, and with this acquisition Camp Scandinavia now strengthens its position on the Nordic market, and Camp Oy on the Finnish market.
